Our rooms are simple and comfortable, furnished with wood and inspired by the rocks of our mountains. A cosy nest located near the restaurant, in old town Cuneo, where people still say hello to their neighbours, where we smile at each other saying “good morning” and we live the town “together”.
All rooms have a private bathroom with shower and are equipped with air conditioning, hairdryer, handmade soaps at km0, blackout curtains, soundproof windows, 32 ″ flat screen TV, and free and unlimited wi-fi connection. The property does NOT have private parking. Check-in is scheduled from 18.00 onwards. We remind you that for check-in we need the identity documents of all the occupants of the room, including children. The breakfast included in the price is the typical Italian one (coffee / tea / cappuccino, croissants and fruit juice) and is provided at two of the best bars / pastry shops in the historic center, very close to our hotel. If you want to add more to the breakfast, you will find a wide choice, not included in the price.

Located on the first floor of the building that hosts the restaurant, this room has a balcony overlooking a peaceful inner courtyard. The furniture is made of white wood, a particularly relaxing colour, and consists of a double bed and a single bed (both with orthopaedic mattress), a desk, a wardrobe, a mini-bar and a courtesy tray with a kettle. This room faces northwest, towards Mount Monviso, the mountain you can admire in a picture on the wall.

BISALTA Room
Located on the first floor of the building that hosts the restaurant, this room has a balcony overlooking a peaceful inner courtyard. The furniture is made of white wood, a particularly relaxing colour, and consists of a double bed (with orthopaedic mattress), a small armchair, a desk, a wardrobe, a mini-bar and a courtesy tray with a kettle. This room faces southeast, towards Mount Bisalta, the mountain you can admire in a picture on the wall.

VALLE STURA Room
50 meters from the restaurant, in Via Dronero (a pedestrian street by now nicknamed by the inhabitants of Cuneo “the street of the restaurants”), this room is located on the second floor of a small and historical building and is reachable by using a spiral stone staircase which dates back to the Middle Ages. This room has a balcony overlooking Via Dronero and faces northwest, towards the Stura River and its valley that you can admire in a picture on the wall.
The modern furniture fits perfectly with a coffered ceiling, the wooden pavement, the details of the ancient bricks and the scent of Swiss-pine walls. This room consists of a double bed and a single bed (both with orthopaedic mattress), a desk, and a wardrobe. A mini-bar and a courtesy tray with a kettle, so as some leaflets and tourist information are at your disposal in a nice shared room where you will also find a small armchair and a table.
